Style & Iterate
Add a photo (camera or upload, right here) then paint, pick a style, and refine until it looks right. Keep going as long as you want — nothing here moves on without you.
Style Sheet
Generates every angle and viseme your character needs for consistent animation. Review the set — regenerate any tile that's off before moving on.
2D puppet path: import a sheet you made elsewhere (e.g. Adobe Express / Firefly)
Upload the full sheet image, then drag a box around one tile at a time, label it, and add it. Each tile is saved as its own PNG — ready to drop into the Warudo viseme-swap plugin as real sprite art, no 3D mesh involved.
Build 3D Model & Rig
The honest, still-manual part of the pipeline: a rough mesh comes back from image-to-3D, and you guide it through cleanup and rigging by hand rather than trusting a one-click conversion.
Each stage shows you a result and asks: keep going, tweak the presets and retry, or approve and move to the next stage. Nothing here auto-advances on its own.
Franchise
Add this character to an existing franchise, or start a new one.
Voice
Load an existing cloned voice for this character, or record/upload a sample to clone a new one. Once it's locked in, any scene can drive this character from typed dialogue.
Runs against XTTS-v2 once a sample is attached. This locks the voice used for every text-dialogue line this character speaks going forward.
Creates a private chat agent in Chad (Open WebUI) with this character's personality. You do the creative part; the agent only fills in research.
Style & Iterate
Add a backdrop photo (camera or upload, right here) — or skip and draw it from scratch — then refine with the stylus and an AI-improvement pass, same as a character sheet.
Package Set
Name it and confirm how it'll be used — this becomes a loadable asset any scene can cast against.
Choose a Set
Pick a set from your library, or jump into the New Set workflow if you need a new one first.
Cast Characters
Only characters authorized for this franchise/set show up here — check every character you want in this scene.
Place on Backdrop
Click the backdrop to mark where each cast character stands, then choose their action. This is the blocking pass — it's yours to call, not automated.
Click anywhere on the backdrop above to drop a mark for the selected character with the chosen action.
No placements yet.
Place Cameras
Zoomed out into the 3D box — the backdrop sits on the far wall, your placed characters are inside it. Add a camera, point it, pick a framing preset. Add as many as you'll want as separate outputs.
Drag to orbit. This is a real three.js scene — the backdrop is mapped to the back wall, each cast character is a labeled billboard at its marked position, and every camera you add appears as a small gizmo with a facing arrow.
No cameras yet — every camera you add becomes its own recorded output.
Voice & Dialogue
Each cast character speaks with its locked cloned voice. Type their lines, or mark a character as live-puppeted instead of scripted.
Webcam calibration
One or more characters here are marked "live puppet" — before capture, let's confirm your face tracker sees you clearly. This runs a real MediaPipe Face Mesh pass on your live webcam feed, in-browser — not a stub.
Capture
Run the take. Every camera you placed records its own synced file — nothing is picked as "the" angle yet, that happens in your editor.
Load Existing Scene
Resume a scene still in progress, or open a finished recorded-scene folder.
In-progress drafts
No saved drafts yet.
Recorded scenes
No recorded scenes yet — finish a New Scene workflow to see one here.
Capture
Point this at an existing live page. It navigates there and takes a real full-page screenshot — the actual site, not a re-typed guess at its layout.
Paint Your Brand
Same stylus canvas as everywhere else in this app — just with the captured site loaded underneath instead of a blank sheet. Paint over it directly: colors, logo placement, a restyled hero, layout callouts.
Upscale & Iterate
Same ComfyUI style-pass + upscale loop as every other asset in this app. Your paint-over plus the original capture goes in, a refined version comes out — approve it or send it back for another pass.
Iterations will appear here as you refine.
Build Real Site — B12
This is the step that makes it more than a mockup: your approved design plus the original site's structure goes to B12's design-agent connector to generate or restyle an actual working website.
